Production Capacity生产能力

According to component of feed natural gas, this LNG plant treats 66×104Nm3/d feed natural gas per day in MRC way to get LNG, LPG and natural gasoline.
根据原料天然气的组成，本LNG装置日处理66×104Nm3/d原料天然气，利用混合冷剂制冷工艺，来液化得到产品液化天然气（LNG）、液化石油气（LPG）和轻油。
Plant Design Capacity: 600,000Nm3/d LNG Product.
装置的设计生产能力：600,000Nm3/d LNG产品。
The LNG liquefaction plant will operate at least 8000 hours per year.
LNG液化装置每年将运行至少8000h。
The plant shall be designed for minimum operating life of 15 years．
装置的设计运行寿命不小于15年。
The operation flexibility is approx．60~100％of design capacity(based on hourly production)．(between 60 and 80％of design capacity，however，with less accurate process control due to flow mal distribution in the plate-fin heat exchanger bundles.
装置的操作弹性为设计生产能力的60~100%（基于小时产品产量）。（在60~80%的设计生产能力下，由于板翅式换热器板束体的流量分配不均，工艺控制精度要差些。）

The product of plant are LNG, LPG and natural gasoline, These products parameters see Table 2-1 Table 2-2 & Table 2-3.
